The refugee center is now full of stub people. 5 more minutes snoopy Sleep and the Red Baron shirt have a few changes pending that will expand the center itself and then I hope to expand the beggar dialogue at least. Not sure when I’ll expand the main refugee dialogue. Most of the changes I made to hardware will be subtle but there are a few big ones. Oxyacetylene torches will very often spawn with a few replacement tanks nearby, for one, and electric welders are a bit less common.
