Didn’t mean to offend It’s Robert Mueller Time Resist Anti Trump Shirt. I use it to mean someone who has spent a great deal of time constructing/researching something for which they get no direct benefit; just contributing to the knowledge pool. The opposite is someone who is all about “style” and running with the “in” crowd and is vacuous. Seriously, this is a great compilation! Nobody knows shit, but there could be a good reason Mueller didn’t indict many (alleged, lol) criminals. First, the whole pardon a federal crime thing that Trump can do.

Which leads to double jeopardy, which is a concept in law that a defendant can’t be tried twice for the same offense. If Trump and family committed a federal crime, it’s also likely a state crime, that can not be pardoned. He likely didn’t indict many crimes on the federal level because convictions at the state level will actually stick. This at least is what I’m telling my self by this none-bombshell report that may or may not have sealed indictments. But, it makes sense. No reason to take Jr. down on federal charges when the states can get him for the same charges, and ensure that he doesn’t get pardoned. Also just because the report is submitted doesn’t mean there are no sealed indictments. Plenty of people committed the same crimes as Cohen and with It’s Robert Mueller Time Resist Anti Trump Shirt. Trust me, the hammer is still to drop on some people. This is far from over. Maybe the start of the final act. I wanted to hold onto the “sealed indictments” thing as long as I could, but then read the WaPo’s article.

In short, the House can supenoa It’s Robert Mueller Time Resist Anti Trump Shirt it without a problem, and it will become public. No problem there. This will be made public. But the report to the AG is about why Mueller decided to indict some people, and not others. Barr can then “refine” that. The House can still make it public, though. But the killer is that the report describes why some people were indicted, and why some weren’t. This is the Mueller report and the AG Barr’s “refined” report. That doesn’t mean Trump didn’t commit crimes, or that the full report won’t be public. All it means is that Mueller didn’t prosecute….and likely because of the concept of double jeopardy. No reason to try, for example, trump jr. on federal charges when he will just be pardoned. IF there are state charges, try him once on the state level and make them stick, instead of at the federal level and let him get pardoned…and then claim double jeopardy when the state charges him. This report is anti-climatic for a reason… Mueller is avoiding “double jeopardy” and letting the proper (state) jurisdictions try the crimes that he uncovered.
