I think part of the lesson here is that we need to let the due process unfold before passing judgment. This doesn’t mean not believing the victim but it does mean not vilifying/attacking until due process occurs. At the very least I’d think they’d let you take an empty cup and a lid so you can practice it in downtime. Managers should always be willing to help better the employee since a better employee means less work for them.

Not sure why you got downvoted. But you are absolutely correct. We shouldn’t doubt people outright but we also should withhold judgment until investigations can take place.
